Through Erie Insurance, we can now offer you a free analysis of your coverage using Residential Component Technology (RCT). RCT is a sophisticated approach to home valuation that allows us to produce a more accurate estimate of your home's reconstruction cost. The RCT method prices out a home much the way a professional estimator or contractor would, using advanced computerization and a broad range of data to evaluate your home.

- For a rough estimate of the cost to rebuild your home, just give us a call. We can usually work up an estimate with you in about 10 minutes.

- If you would prefer a more precise estimate, we would be happy to stop by your home to gather detailed information. Usually we take about 20 minutes to walk through your home with you and get some photos of the exterior.
